Previously, Goryeong-gun and nearby Seongju-gun informed of the escape of the lion through disaster text messages and informed that “Nearby residents should pay attention to safety management and report to 119 when found.” In addition, Goryeong-gun sent a disaster message saying that it was forbidden to enter Bukdusan Mountain, which is near the place where the lion escaped.

The farm where the lion escaped was designated as a tourist farm by the Goryeong-gun Office in February last year and started operating.
