Yoo Si-min sentenced to one year in prison for defamation of Han Dong-hoon

The first trial court fined former Chairman Yoo, who was indicted on charges of defamation, 5 million won. The prosecution once again requested a one-year prison sentence at the appellate trial held yesterday.

Former Chairman Yoo pleaded not guilty, saying, “If it were not for the reports of collusion between prosecutors and prosecutors, there would be no reason to mention Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon’s name.”
